As idea populated in mind of Mr. Sujay Gupta (Founder of www.carlo.in) regarding to create eMarketplace for Cars where any user can purchase car online. The major challenges was:

• Trust & Reliability Issue
• Automate Automobile Operation Process
• Tie up with Authorized and Unauthorized dealers on national levelIssue
• Provide supportive solutions like loan facility, insurance support, etc.. to customer on same platform.

Solution Overview:

Distributed the whole process in 4 Phases for development with discussion of Marketing & Sales Team:

• Phase 1: Designed a website and Admin Panel to upload cars or inventory to fill the database.
• Phase 2: Created the Dealer Panel and Customer Panel for better interaction
• Phase 3: Created the ERP Application on backend (Stockyard), where provided automated process of automobile sales A to Z.
• Phase 4: Created different Modules to catch the customer like Live Auction, Lead Purchase & Selling model.

Conclusion:

Carlo.in is doing operation in 5 states with their physical presence and all data is controlled and managed by our system. Stakeholders can control and view any update from Admin panel like Live inventory, Live Leads, Business Closure, etc.
